How to search our database?

In our database you have access to all reports received by Lareb from healthcare professionals and patients. You can search by name of the medicine or vaccine. You can also search for information about a specific ADR.

About our database

The database is checked for possible double reports. It is not always possible to detect duplicate messages, such as incomplete documentation in the original reports. It is possible that the report is not visible in our database, because your patient or your healthcare professional also made the same report to us.It is also possible that Lareb has already processed the reports but not yet included in the database. These reports are added in a subsequent update.For technical reasons it is not possible to show notifications, among others:

• Pharmaceutical products that are “prepared” by the pharmacy;
• Products that have no ATC code, which include homeopathy, phyto-therapeutic agents and unregistered products.
