Search by name of the drug or vaccine

Please choose a name of a drug or a vaccine that is automatically presented when you enter the first three characters of the specific name of the product in the search field. The terms presented are part of the Dutch Drug Dictionary. If a specific product is not presented, this means it has not yet been filed in the database. After clicking on the result-button, the available information for each report will be shown. 

Healthcare professionals, who have already notified Lareb of an adverse drug reaction, can review their own reports in more detail. Therefore a special log-in code is necessary.
