With this search function you have access to all reports received by Lareb by health professionals and patients. Please choose an adverse drug reaction that is automatically presented when you enter the first three characters of the adverse drug reaction in the search field. The terms presented are part of the MedDRA adverse drug reaction terminology. If a specific adverse drug reaction is not presented, this means it has not yet been filed in the database. After clicking on the ‘results’ button, the available information for each report will subsequently be shown.
If you have already notified Lareb of an adverse drug reaction, you can review your own reports in more detail. For this service you will need a personal log-in code and a Lareb report number. These can be found on the feedback message you receive each time you report an adverse drug reaction to Lareb. You can also request the code via info@lareb.nl
